DESCRIPTION:History and Time\nNEW DATE: Friday\, March 7th \nChapter Three of The Dinosaur Opera\n\nTime creates us\, history defines us. What do we know of either? \nThrough music\, dance\, and puppetry\, History and Time tries to imagine the vast difference between recorded history and the story of the planet. \nWritten\, directed\, and produced by Gretchen Hasse\, in creative collaboration with dancer Melissa Simo and actor / musician John Koster. \nHistory and Time is the third chapter of The Dinosaur Opera\, a multi-chapter puppet saga that meditates on the deep past and deep future\, and how we understand both in the present day. The story explores time\, purpose\, and meaning\, through the eternally fascinating lens of dinosaurs. \n\nGretchen is a storyteller working in comics\, murals\, puppetry\, and installation. She teaches in the VAC at St Xavier University.\n\nExhibit on display starting in mid-January\n\nOpening Gallery & Gallery Performance Friday\, March 7th
